Exercise...what NOT to do

So if you read my earlier post you know that I am working on my "total health and fitness." It is going awesome. I feel great and like mentioned before I can fit back into clothes that had somehow shrunk...well now I have too. Anyway so I'm learning all these new exercises. I'm working my body in ways I didn't know it worked in. I have also learned moves that I shouldn't do. I'm posting a link to this video so you to can see what NOT to do.

As A professional in the therapizing bid niss, I am a proponent of that pilates crap. It mobilizes the joints and safely strengthens the muscles, and as you can see it is a really sweeet spine stretching activity. We like every one of our post op spinal fusion patients doing that EXACT same exercise, exactly how it is demonstrated on therapy manual video seen here. Ilike our the patients doing 10-12 repetions each treatment, untill their staples are removed and the morphine drip is finished, then we have 'em all boost it up to 20 repetitions. Now, as soon as they roll of onto the floor, I start yellin' " do it again, faster, faster, faster!!!" Then I give 'em tha massage and they are good to go.
