Use your imagination

First picture a beautiful, very warm summer day with a light breeze.  Oh so nice.  Next picture a clothes line with some cute colorful little diapers outside on the line.  So nice - so peaceful.

Next picture yourself sitting at your computer in your basement.  You are working on fun projects and your baby is so happy to sit and play next to you.....Then you hear something odd.  Something is hitting the window.  You think for a minute and wonder what it could be.  Then it hits you like a ton of bricks - RAIN.  You run upstairs to find that it is not just little rain ......... its HUGE, HUGE! wind blowing RAIN!  Like a crazy nasty storm with lightning and thunder and major wind.  You look out the window at your once happy drying diapers.  They are soaked and sad and looking like they could blow off the line any second.  ACK!  What to do?  You think and watch and think and wonder if you should leave them out there.  You wonder if you should check the weather and see if it is going to pass soon.  Then you decide you are Superwoman.  No time for weather checks YOU MUST SAVE THE DIAPERS.   And in your mind you are shouting/chanting the following -
SAVE THE DIAPERS - SAVE THE WORLD

Quickly you run to the front door.  Shoes...shoes....ah ha RAINBOOTS!  You think jacket?  no jacket?  Look in the closet - Yes!  Maternity coat (nice and big).  You think umbrella (look at the wind and blowing rain and decide) no umbrella, after all you are Superwoman.  You bust open the door, hold on to your coat and run.

Just thinking about this makes me laugh.  Wish I had it on camera.

This was my superwoman moment today.  Did you have one?

The diapers are safe and warming/drying in the dryer.
