Potty Training....again

We gave up on training James but decided that if we started young enough with Logan that we would be good to go. 

Day 1 -  one tinkle and one poop

Day 2 - two tinkles.

Really we aren't potty training Logan.  I just happened to have him sit on the potty before bath time one day and went to change his diaper one day when I was sure he had pooped.  He hadn't so I thought I would put him on the potty to see if it helped aaannnddd it did.

Anyway we are back to potty training James.  This time has been WAY easier.  I tried twice before and quit within an hour.  For about 3 weeks he had been asking me if he could poop in his diaper.  After 3 weeks I couldn't take it anymore.  I put him in undies and told him that if he went three days in a row with NO accidents that he could have an Ironman toy.  5 days later he had is toy.  We aren't 100% but we are doing pretty darn good.  Yay for undies!
